What is PNP?
The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP),
one of Canada's immigration programs,
has different requirements for approval for
each of its 11 provinces.
The purpose of the PNP is to bolster the economy,
the workforce, and the industry of the state by
recruiting excellent foreign workers.
As a provincial government employment immigration,
you can qualify for permanent residence
without studying abroad through local work.

Application process
Proof of work experience related to the service occupation is required.
Submit your CV and interview with a Canadian employer by phone.
Issuing a job offer letter.
The approval from the province of Saskatchewan. Within 4 weeks you will receive state approval
SINP Nomination (It takes about 2-3 months from the date of application) After approval of a Nominee in your home country, you can apply for PR immediately after landing in Saskatchewan.
The SINP will issue a new employer-specific work permit support letter where required. Which states that you can work only under that employer until permanent residency is granted.
Upon entering Canada, submit the personal documents along with the application form No. 6 at the immigration authorities to approve the work permit.
3. Occupation In- Demand Stream
Requirements

Saskatchewan Provincial Government In-Demand List.

Those who have completed at least one year of college education in Canada (certificate or diploma required).

Academic background above a diploma obtained in a country other than Canada (ECA academic qualification required).

Work experience in an occupation included in SINP's In-Demand Occupation List.

Work experience in the field related to the degree/certificate obtained must be one of the following three
- 1 year of experience within the last 10 years (non-trades)
- 2 years of experience within the last 5 years (trades)
- 12 months of experience within the last 5 years (trades and non-trades)

Benefits
A job offer from a local Canadian employer is not required.
Required English score is lower than other programs.
Application process
Submit the required documents required by the province and pay the application fee.
If approved by the province, apply for permanent residency.
4. Saskatchewan Business Immigration - Entrepreneur Category
Requirements
* Regions within Regina or Saskatoon
1. Invest over CAD$300,000
2. Proof of assets over CAD$500,000
3. At least 33.33% stake in the business
4. Creation of 2 or more jobs after investment
* Outside Regina or Saskatoon
1. Investment over CAD$200,000
2. Proof of assets over CAD$500,000
3. At least 33.33% stake in the business

Types of business/work experience applicable to SK province during the past 10 years.
- Self-employed for more than 3 years.
- More than 3 years of senior management experience.

Those who have completed at least one year of college education in Canada (certificate or diploma required).

Application process
- Preliminary survey for conception and investigation of business concept - Completion of business concept proposal
- Submit a proposal on business model, documents related to your investment status, application for appointment of a representative after visiting and doing market research in Saskatchewan.
- SINP will send an email informing the applicant about the submission result or explaining the reason for the refusal
- After receiving the Invitation to Submit an Application (ISA) and following procedures, submit the application.
- Payment of CAD $2,500 fee within 20 days of receiving ISA.
- Submission of business plan and application within 90 days from the date of receiving ISA.
- Submission of proof of net worth of the applicant verified by a third party designated by SINP within 180 days from the date of receipt of ISA.
-SINP requests 1:1 face-to-face or video interviews to assess whether investors are suitable or not.
-If the investor meets all the conditions, a letter of approval will be issued.
- After signing the Business Performance Agreement, SINP issues a business work permit to the applicant.
- After receiving the investment license: start business activities
- After entering Canada 90 days: meet a Business service provider appointed by the SINP
- 12 months after entry: submit Business Establishment Progress Report
- The province will approve and issue in case the conditions of BPA are satisfied
- After the province approves, the application for permanent residence will be submitted
